Who are you?
The Academic & Research Consulting (ARC) group is a team of recognized researchers coming from different parts of the world with a will to assist others in their research endeavors. Most of our members are specialists in data analysis, mathematical methods in research, and signal processing, with additional experience in a variety of application domains such as electronics, bioengineering, medical research. We always make an effort to assign you the most suitable researcher according to your field of work.
How much do you charge?
Depending on the type of advice you need (project guidelines, pre-review, collaboration advice, etc) and the expertise of the consultant assigned to you, our services are charged from 50 EUR to 80 EUR per hour, or a fixed amount within the same range.
DO you offer any discounts?
Occasionally, we provide free-of-charge services
according to availability of our consultants, especially to
undergraduate students.
Return customers and graduate students may be eligible for a discount. Particular cases are reviewed upon your request.
which payment methods are available?
At the moment, we accept only a bank money transfer. An invoice and bank account details will be sent to you after the consulting session(s). We ask that you make the transfer within 5 work days after the invoice was sent. The bank fees for the transfer are to be charged to the client on top of the amount shown on the invoice.Is my information safe?
We respect your privacy. Any personal or professional
information you declare confidential will not be released to
a third-party or used for any purpose other than your
consulting. You can be sure of this as we always start
consultations only with a pre-signed mutual NDA (non-disclosure
agreement).
how do you communicate with clients?
Initial contact is made via e-mail office@academic-research-consulting.com or our Twitter account (@AcaResCon).The consulting is performed via audio/video conferencing call(s). Currently we support Google Hangouts, Zoom, and VooV Meeting. According to client's preferences, consulting is also possible via e-mail.
